The company reached out to me sharing that they were excited to set up an initial interview with me. I scheduled the interview a week out. Within 10 minutes of my scheduled interview time, the woman cancelled my interview and said they were no longer interested in my candidacy for the job. For reference, I have not spoken with them regarding anything besides setting up the first interview. I spent many hours preparing and researching the company for this interview and had my time completely wasted. She had over a week to let me know if they had changed their mind regarding my application. Unprofessional and extremely disrespectful.

It started out smooth and seemed like it was going well. It was a phone interview then an onsite interview. I left the onsite interview thinking that I was going to expect a call from the CEO seeing as I left the meeting with a verbal commit of me moving forward to speak with the CEO. I tried to get into contact with the Account Executive whom I was in contact with and he completely ghosted me. I sent two follow up emails and no one responded back. If there was no interest in choosing me as a candidate there are more professional ways to go about it.

I was connected to Paystand through a third party. I had an initial interview, but it didn't go any further. It was a 30-minute interview. They asked me questions typical for a sales role, and I had to talk about myself.
