They mentioned it's a behavioral interview and no coding or LeetCode is involved for this intern position. Everyone seemed nice and enthusiastic about their work. The company moves pretty fast. I'm not sure about the pay or how long people stay there.

It was organized, but make sure you share why you want to work there. First, you'll talk with HR or talent ops. If you pass that, you'll interview with the manager of the team. It's good to study up on their values, like blockchain, how they check costs, ACH debit, and general finance team cost operations.

The company reached out to me sharing that they were excited to set up an initial interview with me. I scheduled the interview a week out. Within 10 minutes of my scheduled interview time, the woman cancelled my interview and said they were no longer interested in my candidacy for the job. For reference, I have not spoken with them regarding anything besides setting up the first interview. I spent many hours preparing and researching the company for this interview and had my time completely wasted. She had over a week to let me know if they had changed their mind regarding my application. Unprofessional and extremely disrespectful.
