It took about a month to get through the process, which involved 6-7 different tasks, some in-person meetings, and online interviews. It was pretty demanding for an entry-level gig, but the HR person and the person who would be my future team lead kept me in the loop about everything happening, making it as smooth as they could from their side.

Behavioral Technical Case

The process starts with a brief 10-15 minute phone chat with an HR manager. After that, you'll get an email with a test that lasts about 1.5 hours, including things like reviewing a client profile to decide on payment approval and some MySQL tasks. If you do well on the test, you'll be invited to an assessment day at their office, which takes up about half a day. During this assessment day, you'll meet with different hiring departments, listen to some introductory presentations, do a quick simulation task, and go through several interviews.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you share an experience of making fast decisions under pressure?
  • What qualities do you look for in a manager?
  • Why are you interested in this position, particularly if your experience isn't a direct fit?
