It was a pretty thorough recruiting process. We had four interviews, each lasting about an hour, plus a quick assignment. The interviews included a general chat, a presentation of the assignment, a chat with the director, and an HR chat.

The interview process included an initial HR profile review, followed by a take-home test and an interview within a week. Then, there was an online real-time task (user processing) via videocall, along with an interview with the product and tech team. Another online task involving a new feature and an interview with the product and tech team came next. This was followed by a behavioral interview with HR, and finally, a concluding interview with the boss.

Behavioral Technical System Design

First there was a screening with HR with a set of questions, then another HR round to check my fit with the team. After that, I was assigned to design a technical solution with architecture (Oauth2.0). Then, I had my first technical round with the product head, product lead, and architect, where I had to explain my assignment. The next day was the Talent day with more interviews: user flow design, solution design (technical), and an interview with an external department. After that, there was one more technical round, and the final round was with the CPO.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Could you tell me about the technical questions asked regarding the caching mechanism and database partitioning in the later technical interviews?
  • The assignment was very technical, focusing more on the architect role than the PO tasks.
