The interview process started with a screening phone call. Then, there was an introduction meeting which lasted an hour over Zoom. After that, we had a product sense interview, also an hour on Zoom. Next up was a product execution interview, an hour on Zoom or face-to-face. Following that was a product leadership interview, an hour on Zoom or face-to-face. Finally, there was an HR round.

Behavioral Technical Coding Presentation

HR screening, then an interview, followed by a home assignment that requires about 2-3 working days to prepare, then another product interview. HR then contacted me regarding salary and seniority being too high and mentioned they would try to resolve it. A week later, HR called again to say it didn't fit due to salary and seniority, even though my requests hadn't changed and I had already agreed to some compromises. This process felt like a waste of time, especially the home assignment, without real feedback, and the entire effort could have been avoided.

Confirmed questions5 questions
  • Design a technical flow for the home assignment
  • Define KPIs for the product
  • Provide improvement suggestions for the development team
