There were 3 interview rounds conducted by a separate team. The first round involved building a web app similar to Whatsapp's theme, using API data and accommodating various window sizes, along with some basic JavaScript questions. The second round was a Frontend HLD where I was asked to design a Toast Notification system.

I'm leaving a review for the Frontend Developer role at Payoneer. After passing two technical interview stages, I had an in-person meeting with HR. The HR person started by asking if I had cancelled the meeting, which I found unprofessional and disrespectful. The next day, they told me I wasn't a good fit, technically or personally. I'm still wondering about how transparent the process was. If my skills weren't good enough technically, why did they let me proceed? And if they were good, how can HR's subjective opinion decide for a technical role? Overall, the last stage left me with a bad impression due to the recruiter's lack of competence and my wasted time.

The whole process was pretty good, though I didn't get the job because I'm apparently not experienced enough. Oh well... They asked me to talk about challenges I've faced and then threw some technical questions at me. The interviewer kept saying they were super simple questions.
