Customer Service Representative
We had a group interview on site where they explained the company and its values. Everyone introduced themselves and shared a fun fact. Then, we were given a task involving simulation questions, and they also asked about e-wallets.
- What is an e-wallet?
- Describe a simulation case where you approach a customer.
- Describe a simulation case where you approach a customer.
Customer Service Representative
I found the job posting online and a current employee sent my resume over. Then, I got an email inviting me to an assessment center, and I also had to fill out a form about my availability and preferred shifts. When I got there, I had to give my ID to the receptionist and got a temporary keycard. I went up to the designated floor and saw a lot of other people applying. The day started with a quick presentation about the company, followed by an 'ice-breaker' activity where we picked a card with a picture and had to explain why we chose it. Next was a phone call simulation. We were paired up, and one person played the customer while the other played the representative, dealing with issues like account fees, birthdate errors, or a lost card abroad. After a short break, we went to a room with computers for a chat simulation and an online personality/behavioral test. Then, we went back to the presentation room to write out some mock emails. Everyone was called in one by one for a 15-20 minute face-to-face interview with the HR rep and the manager. Even though I fumbled the phone simulation, they said I did great on the chat and email parts. The interview questions were pretty basic. A few days later, they contacted me about training, but unfortunately, due to a scheduling conflict, they didn't end up offering me the job. Be ready to spend the whole day, about 7 hours, if you're invited to an assessment day. Also, bring your own food since the kitchen options are limited to sugary cereals, fruit, and coffee.
- In five years, where do you envision your career path?
- Could you please state your available working hours and days?
Customer Support Representative
I had 3 rounds of interviews and 1 written test. Communication with HR was through a 3rd party messenger. They withdrew the offer, which was sent via a 3rd party messenger, right after collecting my ID number. They asked me to join the team in a few days and I had to quit my current job to do so, but they did not send any document regarding job offer and contract. There were only simple text messages like 'We offer you the job.' and 'Sorry. We can't get you the job'. No official letter.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
