I applied for the Business Development role at Payoneer and started the interview process on June 1st. I was flexible and accommodating with dates and times. Unfortunately, the experience was not good. They rescheduled me seven times. Sometimes interviews were canceled minutes before they started. Once, I waited 30 minutes on a video call before being told the interviewer wouldn't show up. Another time, I was connected for 15 minutes before someone explained what happened. Despite this, I remained professional. However, after the seventh reschedule, also notified just minutes before and without prior warning, I decided not to continue out of respect for my time. I understand unforeseen circumstances happen, but so many reschedules can negatively impact how the process is perceived. I think this experience can be a chance to review and improve their selection process organization and communication.

Behavioral

It was pretty straightforward. First, I had an interview with HR, and then two interviews with the hiring manager. After those three interviews, I was told the next step was an interview with the hiring manager's boss. Then, I got an automated email from HR saying my application wouldn't be considered anymore, without any specific feedback.

Behavioral Case Technical

The interview process involved eight interviews, a case study, and a math test. While the individual components weren't overly difficult, the overall length of the process was quite frustrating. Initially, the interviews felt promising and relevant to my background, but the later stages devolved into repetitive, generic questions. Some interviewers seemed disengaged, merely going through the motions. The case study, which I invested significant time in analyzing, was interesting but likely unread by the interviewers, missing a chance for deeper discussion. The math test was straightforward.
