Behavioral Technical Coding

First, there was a recruiter call. Then, I spoke with the hiring manager, followed by separate calls with two engineers. The people were friendly, and there was no live coding, but we discussed technical topics and my past experiences. They also did a high-level code review of some code I was shown. The conversations made me feel like the team is experienced and capable. However, the process with the recruiter was unprofessional; it took months to get a response after I completed several interview segments with them.

  • Can you verbally review this block of code?
