Recruitment Manager
The interview process started off pretty good with the recruiter and a local rep being professional. But then the CEO interview was a mess. He was super late, and after waiting almost an hour and trying to reschedule, we had to postpone. When we finally talked a few days later, he was late again and seemed totally unprepared, mostly just rambling about a bad hire and showing screenshots. Honestly, given what I'd read online, it wasn't that shocking. They did give me an offer that was okay at first, but it was through their US entity which meant crazy high taxes and not enough to live on. They tweaked the offer after I mentioned it, and I accepted. BUT, the final contract came super late and had illegal stuff in it, like making us work weekends/holidays with no clear overtime pay. When I called them out, they refused to change it and pulled the offer. Also, we talked about hybrid work, but then they said no, full office, because of some policy, even though the office wasn't even ready and everyone was remote anyway. They rescinded the offer right before I was supposed to start, and the laptop they promised showed up late that same weekend. It was just really unprofessional. After over a month of interviews and calls, I'd say really think hard before you get involved with this company's hiring.

First was the screening call, then a global round, then the last round. After that, there's a reference check and an offer round. You need to send your relevant documents when they make the offer.

Recruiter
I went through a 2-stage interview process and then got ghosted with no feedback. The first interview was nice and I enjoyed it. The second one felt like the interviewer was making up questions on the fly and seemed uninterested. I followed up after a week and was told they were still deciding. I haven't heard back in a month. The communication was really bad and it was a negative experience, especially now with the pressure of finding a job during a pandemic.
- How do you think your past experience relates to our company's work?
