The organization of the interview was really good, the person setting it up even checked in a day before and the day of. However, I don't know where to start. This was the most unprofessional interview I ever had. The person who interviewed me basically read my resume to me (good job, I know what I wrote in there). No questions about my background at all. The interviewer's English was very limited, therefore, it was hard to have a dialogue. I also asked a few questions about why she thought the glassdoor reviews are so bad. The answer was that some people can't deal with self-management and stress. Interesting... My question about company values...pause... no answer from the interviewer. Very disappointing.

I had a quick Skype call, and then a few days later, I went to the SF HQ for a 1:1 with two different employees, one after the other. Everyone I met was really nice, not like some of the reviews I've read. The office space is kind of like a warehouse.
