The interview process took 15 days and included one face-to-face round, with the remaining three rounds conducted on Skype. It was a very interesting experience, and I really liked how the CEO communicated. I think the CEO is very cool and has a great sense of humor.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The hiring process here is quite disorganized. They don't seem to have a clear idea of what they're looking for, and their expectations can change from day to day. You might feel like you're a perfect fit one moment, only to receive an automated rejection later, even after investing significant time in multiple interviews. It's not a very respectful approach. I initially applied for a Business Manager role that seemed aligned with my background, but they steered me towards a different position. After going through three interviews for this second role, it became clear I wasn't what they expected, and I still don't understand why they proposed it in the first place. Their hiring process and people management skills seem underdeveloped.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Applied online, got an email the next morning to interview the next day. Prepared for the interview, checking Glassdoor which had many negative reviews about the company and interview process, but decided to prepare more. The first interview was on Skype, the interviewer was rude and late. They only wanted to know what I knew about the company, products, and which companies I would target. The interviewer kept interrupting me. Even though I had a bad impression, they scheduled a second interview for the afternoon. This interviewer was much better and the interview went smoothly. They asked for a third interview. I waited 10 minutes past the scheduled time for the third interview on Skype, then messaged the interviewer. They suggested rescheduling, so we set a new date. On the new date, I was on time, but after 10 minutes there was no answer. I received an email asking to reschedule again. I was annoyed but agreed. They said they'd confirm the time, but never did. I sent emails and contacted someone on Skype with no response. The day the third interview was supposed to happen passed with no contact. Two weeks later, I got an email saying I didn't meet expectations, even though the third interview never happened. While the product is amazing, the company needs to be more responsible and committed to their interviews.
