The interview process wasn't super clear. I didn't know what to expect since they didn't tell me the format. After the third step, which was a 60 min call with the Hiring Manager and Director, I didn't hear anything back for about 5-6 business days. I emailed HR, but they never replied. It was really unprofessional and they lacked transparency. Also, the interviewers didn't even turn their webcams on during the last call.

I had a phone chat with HR about my past jobs, the tech I used, and what I wanted for salary. Then, a call with the hiring manager about my experience and the tech stack. The last part was onsite with two people. They asked me Java and database stuff like interfaces, generics, and database indexing. I also did a whiteboard coding problem, the classic buzz fizz. They said HR would let me know in 3-4 business days, but I haven't heard anything. The place seemed disorganized, and the tech they're using feels a bit outdated.
