The interview process started well and was pretty fast. After completing four interview rounds, the recruiter became slow to respond, taking over a week to get back to me. The recruiter suggested I'd be offered the job, but then a week later informed me that the position went to someone already working there.

This was a long, multi-step interview process. It involved developing a strategy plan and then presenting it to team members. This was for an individual contributor role. After the presentation, there was no follow-up, and then many weeks later, I received an automated HR email stating the position had been filled, even though I was a final candidate. It was a really disappointing experience.
