Had to do an online personality test, then another online skills test with mostly math questions. After that, a phone interview, and then an in-person interview where I met with people from different departments. They didn't answer my job-specific questions though.

Behavioral Technical

What a terrible interview experience. It's interesting because I've seen many people say the same thing. They get your resume and then bother you for months to continue in the process. When you finally do, they reject you after you've made it to the last round of interviews. I've had it with all employers. We are in a pandemic with worldwide labor shortages. If someone takes the time to apply and has the skills, please give them a chance. The state of the world has people feeling lost, fighting depression and anxiety, not trying to harm themselves. There's no way someone should apply, take multiple tests, and have multiple interviews for a job that doesn't pay 6 figures. Please be mindful of people's time. Someone might not speak or interview as well, but if you don't understand why, you're operating from a biased, archaic, elitist POV. Many can talk well, but do they have a track record of performance? Some might not answer perfectly, but if they're ready to work, why deny them, especially in a global crisis? That's callous. Many companies claim to be the best to work for, but they lack empathy and don't recognize potential. No one's perfect. You don't know their shortcomings. Be kind!

Behavioral Presentation

Applied online, then had a detailed evaluation. It began with a phone screen with some STAR questions and role basics. The recruiter was really nice and made me feel valued. Then, an in-person interview was scheduled. The recruiter called the day before for a "pep talk", which was a nice surprise. The in-person interview had a 3-person panel, a site tour, and a chat with the director. The panel asked typical STAR questions. The director chat was casual and really showed off the culture. I got an offer about an hour after the interview. It was the most organized and welcoming process I've been through.
