I applied on May 24th and got a call on June 4th to set up an interview for the next day. The first interview on June 5th involved reading about the job duties and expectations, then confirming I could meet them. After that, I did a role-play where I had to sell the manager the shoes I was wearing. The questions were pretty general, and the interview lasted about 15 minutes. Two days later, on June 7th, I got a call for a second interview on June 8th with a different manager from another store. This wasn't really an interview, more like the manager explaining a typical workday, the dress code, their expectations, and showing me their sales tracking system. This also took about 15 minutes. The day after, June 9th, the first manager called to offer me the job, but I first had to pass a drug test. I went in on June 11th to sign the consent form and then went to the lab. They said results would take up to a week. On June 15th, the manager called with my results, and my start date is June 19th. The whole thing took less than a month.
- Tell me about a time you broke the rules.
- How did you handle a stressful situation you experienced?
- How would you sell me the shoes you're wearing if I were a customer?

So I got a call last week from someone, couldn't really hear him. He set up an interview for the next week. I showed up for it, but the person at the front desk looked shocked when I said I was there for an interview. A manager came out a few minutes later and asked who I was. I told him my name and he asked if he scheduled me for yesterday. I corrected him, saying he booked me for today at 2pm. He went to the back, told me to wait. Then I saw him walking around the back of the store with someone else. I waited about 5 minutes, then another 5, and then I just left. It was a really bad process.

I applied online and got a call back in a few days. The manager asked me some questions over the phone and then scheduled me for an interview. I went in for a group interview with 3 other people. The interview process was really easy, and the manager was super nice and made me feel comfortable, even though I was nervous because I don't have much work experience. They asked us a few questions and then had us do a role-play where we had to sell them a shoe. After the interview, the manager asked about my availability during the holidays. Then I had to do a computer screening test. I should hear back in a few days, and if I pass, they'll call me!
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Describe a mistake you made and how you dealt with it.
- Share an instance where you assisted someone in making a choice.
