Behavioral

The interview process was really professional and straightforward. They mainly asked common questions, plus some situational ones about customer service. They wanted to hear about a time I dealt with a rude customer, and also about my strengths and weaknesses, and other similar behavioral stuff. The interviewer was a really nice person.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied online and pretty much every store in the area called and then an interview was set up for about a week later. It was a casual sit-down in a food court that lasted about 20 minutes or less. Then, about 2 weeks went by without hearing anything. After that, I interviewed over the phone with upper management for about 10 minutes. Then another week and a half passed before I got the job offer, but the start date wasn't given to me for about another week.

Behavioral Technical

The hiring process was pretty much what I expected. The interview took about an hour, and they asked me about my past customer experiences and interactions. I spoke with both the department manager and my potential direct supervisor. It's crucial to show up confident, emphasizing your customer-centric attitude and your ability to handle constant communication. They seem to be looking for candidates who express a genuine interest in staying with the company for over a year, likely because customer support departments have high turnover. Showing you'll stick around is a big plus. Both interviewers made me feel like the job was practically mine before I even left, so I made sure to reiterate my strong interest in the position.
