It felt like I was tossed into an HR training. There were two rounds where junior staff asked me questions straight off a list. The last interview was in person with a territory lead who had only been in the job for 3 months. They seemed lost, so I declined the offer.

It was a pretty easy interview process with quick questions. I wish I'd researched the company more beforehand. Lots of situational questions, but nothing too complex. Mostly 'tell me about a time when...' type questions.

Behavioral Presentation

This was a horrible experience. I usually prefer working with headhunters because they seem to care more. The internal recruiter was late to the interview and seemed annoyed that I had emailed to confirm if it was still on. They carried that attitude throughout the interview, making me feel uneasy about potentially working there. At the end, I was told I'd receive more information about the role and company before meeting the hiring manager. Instead, I got a rejection letter. It's bad business practice to promise more info and a next step when you don't intend to provide them, which leads to negative reviews.
