Implementation Project Manager
The interview process seemed standard and pleasant at first. However, looking back, the practices were disappointing. The recruiter disappeared and went out of office for a week without a backup contact, leading to an email bounce back. There was no reply to follow-ups on the status.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
Project Manager
It was a really friendly screening call, I applied cold and they reached out. They were really interested in my experience with different systems and wanted to know about my frameworks and if I had any artifacts from agile work.
- How much have you directly worked with project management systems?
Implementation Project Manager
So first, there was this initial phone interview, which went pretty well. The HR Recruiter was really nice and knew their stuff, giving me a good feel for the company culture and what the job is all about. That was phase 1. Then came an online assessment, testing both personality and skills. After that, I had an in-person interview. The hiring manager was professional and asked some standard questions to see if I was a good fit.
- Can you tell me about a time you lost a customer and how you dealt with that situation?
