Customer Advocate
I spoke with three people during this interview process. Two of them were really nice, but the manager, who was the third person I spoke with, gave me a bad impression. She called herself a unicorn because she started at the company and worked her way up to manager. I took this to mean that the company has a high turnover rate, poor employee retention, and doesn't hire internally. She also seemed unprofessional and unkempt.
- Are you a positive person?
Customer Advocate
You start with a recruiter call, then have a second or third interview depending on the role. Questions are standard for customer service.
- How would you handle a call from an upset client when you don't immediately know the cause of their issue?
Customer Advocate
The whole process was super short, it didn't even last a full day. I got an email from the recruiter who wanted to schedule an introductory call. However, the next day, they canceled it because they updated the job requirements and I no longer fit what they were looking for. It was really unprofessional.
