A recruiter reached out to me to talk for 15 minutes for an "enterprise" role. We talked, and this is barely (if at all) even mid market. 100 - 499 employees is SMB. You can't redefine a term that's been around for decades. ENT reps don't have 1/3 of a city. And please don't reach out to me and then ask "why I want to work at Paycor". I have no idea.

I went through a three-part hiring process, talking to the recruiter, the sales VP, and the hiring manager. After all the interviews, I didn't hear back from them, which was a bummer. One interview was in person, and I sent two follow-up emails but still no reply. It felt like a waste of time because they weren't professional or communicative.
