Project Manager
Had 3 interviews and some tests, which I passed. It felt like a lot of time was wasted. They told me I was great and they wanted to work with me, but they needed a reference check. My references were all great, but they decided not to move forward because my old boss doesn't speak English that well and they didn't even try to understand him. He's loud, talks a lot, and has a strong accent. I suspect the company might be racist.
- Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult situation that was caused by someone else on your team or in the company.
Project Manager
The owners were really friendly and the receptionist greeted me nicely. The interview started well with a good pitch from the owners. They definitely seemed like salesmen. We talked about some people in the industry we know in common, hobbies, and other things.
- What is your estimated annual sales generation potential?
Project Manager
The interview process was pretty thorough. They took the time to explain the specifics of the role, what they expect from the person in this job, and also the company's overall expectations and franchise expectations. They asked typical interview questions, but made sure they were all relevant to the project manager position.
- Did you ever encounter difficulties in communicating any information to the customer?
