Growth Marketing Manager
My experience with the interview was not great, especially towards the end. It started off a bit unprofessional with the HR call starting 20 minutes late. Then, halfway through, they changed the role from Growth Marketing Manager to Digital Advertising Strategist, which was a big change from what I initially applied for. I also talked to someone who works there, and when I asked why I applied, he got really loud with me about my application, even though he wasn't involved in the hiring. After that, I felt like in a later interview, one person had already decided they weren't going to give me a fair shot. It all just left me feeling pretty disappointed.
- Can you provide a summary of your resume?
Campaign Manager
The interview questions were fair and reasonable, the process was straightforward, and the interviewer was friendly and professional, making the overall experience quite positive and enjoyable. Reflecting on the experience, I feel confident about the potential for a good fit within the team. I appreciated the opportunity to discuss my skills and experiences in such a welcoming environment. Overall, it was a genuinely positive encounter that left me looking forward to the next steps in the hiring process.
- Can you tell me about your biggest achievements?
Digital Marketing Manager
I had two calls. The first was a 10-minute screening call with talent acquisition, they were 7 mins late without apology. The second call was the interview, scheduled for an hour but cut short to 30 mins. I spent 15 mins asking questions, and was only asked 4 cliché questions. The interviewer seemed disengaged and uninterested, and didn't seem to care about my experience or skillset. It felt like the decision was already made. It was a bad experience, I wish I'd had a chance to show my abilities.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
