The interview process involved several stages, beginning with an initial phone call with the recruiter. This was followed by an interview focusing on past experiences with an associate director. Next, there was a values-based interview conducted by several members of the advertising team. Finally, the process included reference checks and the necessary approvals.

The interview process was fast, simple, and followed the job description exactly. A recruiter contacted me and set up a screening call, followed by a meeting with the hiring manager. After that, I had an in-person interview where I answered standard questions for the hiring manager and a future coworker. I also interviewed with another coworker from a different team. Then, I completed a writing test and met with the VP of Marketing. Finally, the hiring manager extended an offer. I thought I'd be asked about the company's mission and values, as is common in Utah tech interviews, but the questions focused more on my work experience and fit for the role. Despite the numerous interviews, it wasn't a difficult process. It felt like the team genuinely wanted to get to know me and ensure I was a good fit, rather than trying to make me nervous, which I really appreciated.
