The interview process involved three initial rounds before the Superday. The first round was behavioral, and the second focused more on technical aspects. The Superday itself included a case study, a written exam, and several 30-minute interviews. These later interviews heavily emphasized technical knowledge, particularly concerning fund of funds, various private investment vehicles, and current macroeconomic trends.

So basically I had an excel test first, it was checking general knowledge and data analysis skills. After that, I had multiple interviews and a case study. The whole process was pretty good and the people were helpful. They let me prepare for the case study ahead of time. My advice is to prep for competencies and really know the market and the role you're applying for.
