The interview process was really thorough and looked at everything in the job description, from taking care of customers to managing operations. I had 2 interviews before they let me know the results.

The interview process at Patagonia, like everything else, takes time because they really invest in it. I went through multiple rounds of interviews, both over the phone and in person. I actually enjoyed the interview process. They made an effort to get to know me, understand the work I'd done previously, and learn why I was interested in working at Patagonia and what I could contribute to the team. It felt much more in-depth and authentic than any other interview I've experienced. The HR team kept me informed throughout the process, letting me know what to expect next.

The interview process took THREE MONTHS!! It took them three weeks to even reach out for an interview then that was to ask about availability. Then it took another three weeks to actually do the interview which was a group interview. I’ve never done a group interview for a management position. Then they made me go on 3 different interviews just to not select me for the position. A complete waste of rearranging my schedule because they scheduled the interviews last minute and expected you to be free for them. The last interview wasn’t confirmed until the day before the interview although I informed them of my availability two weeks prior. This is very unprofessional and unorganized and clearly I dodged a bullet.
