Customer Service Representative
The interview lasted about 20 minutes. They asked three questions, all about my experience dealing with customers. Afterward, I got to ask them questions. They mentioned that each interview was graded, and these grades influenced decisions about work hours and job offers. I found out if I got the job about a week later.
- Can you share an example of a difficult customer situation you encountered and explain how you handled it?
Customer Service Representative
I applied and got this assessment with some math, typing, and personal questions. They emailed me back after a few days to set up an interview. We talked on Google Meet for about 20 minutes. They introduced everyone, asked me 3 easy questions, and then let me ask questions. It was pretty chill and everyone was nice, I thought it would be harder.
- Can you tell me about a time you found something difficult to learn and how you managed to learn it?
- Tell me about an instance where you had to deal with a challenging customer.
Customer Service Representative
First, they sent me a link to their website so I could learn about the company and get ready for the interview. However, that information wasn't helpful at all. Then, they asked me questions about my previous jobs and how far away I lived from the office.
- Could you confirm where you reside?
- What is the commute time from your home to Amsterdam?
- Can you tell me about your previous work experiences?
