Teacher
The interview process was good. Everyone involved was engaged and I had a lot of interactions with the core leadership team. From scheduling to attending, the whole experience was easy, and I felt welcomed when I arrived.
- How do you envision AI being used innovatively in education?
Teacher
The process was fair, involving both written and spoken interviews. First, the District screens candidates, and then you apply to specific openings at individual school sites. Overall, it's an easy and fair process with veterans preference. I really recommend the District.
- Can you describe a time when you faced a specific situation and how you handled it?
- Tell me about a specific experience you had that relates to this scenario.
- What are some specific experiences you recall that would be relevant here?
Teacher
This role is really about who you know. The interview is mainly a formality that all admin staff have to go through to meet requirements. If admin already knows who they want for the position, then everyone else and the interviews are just a formality. However, if you can impress with your personality and experience, it's possible to influence their decision. My advice from experience is: if you want the job, network to meet teachers and admin first.
