The interview process began with a phone screening by Regional HR, followed by an online application. The next interview was with the Regional Director, which started off on a bad note because he was 15 minutes late. After that, he spent another 30 minutes walking the store before finally making time for the actual interview. We then spent some time walking the store together, though he didn't seem very enthusiastic. After that, we went through some standard behavior questions and a few other random questions. He asked if I had any questions and then seemed to rush me out. It didn't seem like a great fit, and the RD obviously agreed, but it would have been courteous to show up on time.
