It was a three-part interview process. First, there was an initial screening, then a discussion with a Direct Manager (DM), and finally a discussion with a Regional Manager (RM). They were very enthusiastic and tried to sell the company hard during these stages. I was told they had investment money and were very competent. They asked me a lot about how I manage people and how I handle customer service. They also quizzed me on my knowledge of the company.

I interviewed with the HR Manager and the District Manager. The District Manager was on his phone and only present for about 40 seconds, seeming too busy for the interview. I sat in the back office. The Store Manager was enthusiastic about having me on the team. In contrast, the other 7 Store Managers I encountered over the next 4 years didn't seem to care much about team involvement.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Do you enjoy dressing up?
  • Are you a fan of Halloween?
