I got a call from a recruiter first, and they asked me some basic qualification questions. That call was about 10 minutes long. After that, I had a call to set up an interview with the regional HR manager. That interview lasted about 1 1/2 hours, and they asked me more in-depth questions about my retail background and skills. The last step was an interview with the local District Manager, which lasted about 45 minutes. They mainly asked me about my management style and my retail background. I got a job offer the following week. The whole process took about 3 weeks.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

This whole process lasted 4 weeks. I did 3 Webex video interviews, 5 phone interviews, and 2 in-person interviews. One of the Webex interviews, which the Regional Manager set up personally, started more than 30 minutes late, so the HR Regional Manager and I just chatted about life until then.

Behavioral Technical Other

The process felt pretty standard, starting with a recruiter call, followed by a one-on-one with the Direct Manager, which included a walk-through of the sales floor, and then a call with the Regional Manager, before the background check. The DM interview was a good, in-depth conversation.
