It was 4 rounds. The people were really nice. They just wanted to see if I was a team player. The first round was with the team, the second with managers, the third with department/client heads, and the final round was with a partner.

It was a pretty straightforward and thorough interview process. There were 3 rounds of interviews, and each round lasted about 1.5 hours. Each interview had 3 people, and we spoke with each of them for about 30 minutes. Mostly, they asked behavioral questions about my past experiences and how I approach different scenarios at work.

This place seems to love wasting people's time, including their own. I went through eight rounds of interviews with folks who were either previous grads or lower management. They all seemed to ask the same questions and didn't really listen to the answers. A big part of the interview focused on my extracurricular activities from school. It felt weird because I was 24 and had about two years of finance experience already, so I wasn't sure why that was relevant. Some of the things the interviewers said made me think the workplace is a bit old-fashioned and out of touch. This interview experience was almost two years ago, and I still think of it as the worst I've ever had.
