Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Partners Capital.
Analyst
First, there was a video call with HR. Then, I had an interview that involved a case study (using a slide deck and Excel sheet) and a behavioral round with an associate. The final round was in person in Boston and included a couple of interview rounds and an in-person group case study.
- Why Partners? + case study.
Analyst
I went through 4 interviews for this role. The last one was an in-person super day at the Boston office. It included a challenging case study and was generally intense. The people there were great, and they really value a willingness to learn.
- What are your thoughts on the current economy?
Summer Analyst
3 rounds not including HR call. First was behavioral, second was a difficult case. Did not make it to third round. Whole process took about a month and they initially reached out to me 2 weeks after I applied.
- How would you invest $100 million?
