First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PartnerHero.
Customer Support Specialist
It was a really unprofessional and robotic interview process. They were clearly hiring a lot of people without caring about quality. The interviewer had their camera off, spoke poor English, and didn’t get basic stuff like gross vs. net salary or different currencies. They just read from a script and didn't listen to my answers. The salary they offered was super low, and even after I said I wasn't interested multiple times, they still emailed me saying I was moving forward. It’s obvious they’re hiring in bulk and don’t care about professionalism or quality. I wouldn’t recommend it.
- How would you handle an upset customer?
- What would you do if you didn't know the answer to a client's question?
Customer Service Representative
First, we carefully review all the applications we get. Then, for those who seem like a good fit, we give them a skills assessment that's made just for this job. This part is super important to see if you've got the skills we need. It might involve doing some tasks or tests that are a lot like what you'd actually be doing in the role. We do this so we can really see what you're capable of.
- What's your approach when a customer asks something you don't know the answer to right away?
Customer Support Associate
So first, I sent in an online application. Then I had an interview with the recruiter. After that, there was a written test. Then I interviewed with the client reps, and finally with the project managers. I didn't get picked for that one. But, like, a week or two after, the managers for a different project called me in. I had the interview the very next day, and by Monday I was working. The whole process was super clear and organized. Everyone was really nice and respectful. The only thing is, I felt a bit rushed in the PM interview. Like, there was so much to say and not enough time. So if you're interviewing with PH, maybe plan out what you want them to know about you.
- Can you share your professional background?
- Could you tell us about your personality and values?
- What's your experience with the product you'll be supporting?
