First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PartnerHero.
Customer Support Specialist
It was a really unprofessional and robotic interview process. They were clearly hiring a lot of people without caring about quality. The interviewer had their camera off, spoke poor English, and didn’t get basic stuff like gross vs. net salary or different currencies. They just read from a script and didn't listen to my answers. The salary they offered was super low, and even after I said I wasn't interested multiple times, they still emailed me saying I was moving forward. It’s obvious they’re hiring in bulk and don’t care about professionalism or quality. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The interview process spanned over two months, involving three interviews and a case study. I was asked about my availability and potential start date. They mentioned they would get back to me by the end of that week. After not hearing back, I followed up and was told that vacations were the reason for the delay, and I'd receive a response the following week. That week also passed without communication, so I reached out again. I haven't heard back since and feel like I was ghosted.

Provider Operations Specialist
I first sent in my resume and then got an email to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was a chance for them to learn about me and for me to get more info about the role. After that, I got an email with the job details, client info, and instructions for an assessment. The assessment involved creating a spreadsheet with business info, formatting it with specific styles, and answering scenario-based questions about how I'd handle them. Once I submitted the assessment, I was contacted the next day via email and text to schedule a video interview on Zoom. This interview was with the team lead, manager, and another lead. We talked about my background, discussed the role, and went over scenario questions. The interview was about 30 minutes. They mentioned I'd hear back by the end of the week. A few hours later, I got a congratulations email and a request for a background check. I sent that in, and within 5 minutes, my background check cleared, and I received the formal offer. The whole process took about 5 days.

Technical Support Associate
The entire interview process spanned a month, culminating in a final meet-and-greet with some team members from the partner company. The interviewers were generally fine, and the overall atmosphere was quite casual. However, the significant downside was the complete lack of feedback throughout the process. Even when feedback was requested via email, the recruiters remained unresponsive. Additionally, two interviews were rescheduled with very little notice, about two hours beforehand. So, to sum up: the process took a month, there was absolutely no feedback, the interviewers were decent, and I wouldn't recommend it.
