I talked to a manager and a recruiter. A managing director stood me up for a third interview three times. They never responded after I tried emailing, texting, and calling them. I guess it was a good thing because that's really unprofessional behavior.

First, there was a phone interview that was really nice and conversational. After that, I had to do an online test with math and behavioral questions, all multiple choice. Then, I had a face-to-face interview, which was also very pleasant and conversational. We talked about how my understanding of the job expectations matched theirs. I was really impressed by how much they cared about whether I'd enjoy the position, rather than just what they needed. The interviewer was honest and professional.

It was a 4 step process. First, I had a conversation with a recruiter. Then, I met with the territory manager. After that, I met with the entire team. Finally, I spoke with the Brand leader. It was thorough but not stressful. They really wanted to make sure it was a good culture fit and that I understood everything the job entailed.
