Had three interviews. First was a phone interview where they asked about my resume. Then, I had a video interview, but the interviewer double booked and I ended up having to reschedule. For the next part, I was supposed to shadow, but even though I said I wasn't interested in sales, they had me sit with sales people and only one recruiter. At the end, I met with the office manager again, asking the same questions as before. Then I met with the district manager who was really pushy about sales, which I'm not interested in, my background is in HR. They said I'd hear back in two weeks, but it's been three and I haven't heard anything after following up twice.

The interview process began with a phone call to discuss general employment goals. Following that, there was an in-person meeting with a recruiter, lasting about 1.5 hours, which seemed to involve an assessment of appearance and demeanor. The interviewer had an MBA and presented professionally. I understood the company was well-established in Colorado and could connect me with various employers. However, after three months of reaching out about approximately 50 job openings I was interested in, I stopped using their services because they failed to secure even one interview for me. The recruiter also stopped responding to my follow-up emails and calls after the third week, even when I was sending them job opportunities. Despite having a marketable and in-demand skill, the recruiter was ineffective, while other staffing agencies were getting me an average of two interviews per week. I was fortunate to have other agencies available to help me find employment with a good company after three months.

I sent in my application online and then got a call from the Executive Recruiter at Parker & Lynch. We set up an in-person interview for the next day to go over my resume and the position they were looking to fill. We ended up having a 30-minute one-on-one conversation.
