The interview process was pretty straightforward. I actually ended up speaking with two people, which was a bit unexpected, but I was ready for it so it wasn't too difficult. They really focused on why you want to be in sales, so make sure you know your answer to that.

I went through a virtual assessment center and got selected. The next and final step was a 30-minute interview. It was pretty informal with two interviewers, one of them being the VP, who was very nice. After the interview, the recruiters didn't respond to my emails, which felt a bit rude. They took longer than expected to get back to me with very general feedback.

I spoke with a recruiter at my university and applied online. I heard back and was interviewing within a week, the whole process was super fast. I had interviews with 3 people all on the same day. Then, they called me back for a final interview the very next day. I got an offer two days after that. The background check usually takes about a week. They're really open about what the job actually entails and the questions were more about seeing if I was a good fit and motivated for the role, rather than standard interview questions. They want to see that you're driven and can be coached without needing a lot of prompting. The office is really modern and everyone was friendly, even people I just passed in the elevator. Overall, it was a great experience.
