First, I had a call with HR that went well, with basic questions and one question in English. Then, less than a week later, I had an interview with the managers. I described my experiences and motivations. That interview also went pretty well, with many in-depth questions. My negative feedback is because I was promised an answer two days after this interview since I was among the last candidates. I received an automated rejection email three weeks later, with no further feedback. Honestly, very disappointing, what a lack of respect.

I sent my resume and was emailed a day later to set up a phone interview with the HR contact the next week. We had a quick chat on my resume and my current role, my understanding of the position then she invited me to a physical interview with her. A few days later we had the interview, the HR contact was nice and her questions were not tricky. She said she was going to come back to me the following week. I thought I did well, but I was left with no answer for 2 weeks and then received an automatic email saying I was no longer considered for the position.

The process happens in three stages: first an interview with HR, then one with the manager, and a final one with the N+2. No practical exercises or simulations, just a simple process.
