First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Parfums Christian Dior.
Retail Manager
So, there were three interviews in total: a screening one, then one with the hiring manager, and finally one with the general manager. The difficulty was pretty average, and the questions were really practical for the job. The whole process was actually quite fast, although I did have to wait about a month after applying to get that first interview.
- Can you share your past experience with POSM?
Supply Chain Analyst
I was contacted on Linkedin by Leaders trust, a recruitment firm working for PCD. They set up two phone calls and one video call. Some questions were illegal and inappropriate remarks were made about my origins and background. The interview was conversational and pleasant, except when they were mocking. I didn't hear back by the date they gave me, so I followed up. They then told me the profile had changed. I asked for advice following these interviews, but never got a response.
- What is your age?
- Do you have children (gender and age)?
- Tell me about yourself.
Fashion Stylist
First we check all the applications that come in. Then, there's a phone or video call to see if you're qualified and interested. After that, you'll meet with the managers to talk about your experience and past projects. If it makes sense for the role, there might be a practical test to see your skills. Finally, you'll meet with the top people or team to see if you fit the company culture. If everything looks good, we'll give you a formal job offer.
- Could you tell me about Dior?
- How important is the luxury group?
CRM and Client Marketing Manager
The process takes about 2-3 weeks. First, an HR interview, which is quite long, covering your career path and other various subjects. Then, an interview with the direct manager of the position to discuss the missions, company expectations, and some CRM-related questions. Next, an interview with the Marketing Director focusing on your career and what you believe you can contribute to the company in this role. Finally, an interview with the General Management to discuss your career and your perceived contributions to the company.
- Can you discuss your career path and touch on some diverse subjects?
- What are the responsibilities of the role and what are the company's expectations? Also, some questions related to CRM.
- Regarding your professional background, what do you think you can bring to this company in this position?
