I had an interview with HR, they were very nice. They mostly asked about my current job and why I wanted this new position. They didn't ask the usual "where do you see yourself in 5 years" type questions. They were upbeat and got me ready for the onsite interviews. The onsite interviews had two managers, and they were focused on things directly related to my current job.

The HR talent department was nice and really cared about me as a person, I didn't feel like I was just a number. The Director of HR seemed unprepared and unprofessional. She missed the first interview and was 15 minutes late for the rescheduled one, and I had to reach out to her. She spent a lot of time looking for stuff and talking about how hard her job is. Overall, it was a bad experience.
