Executive Assistant
The interview process was disrupted because my interviewer got laid off during the interview. After that, the company didn't reschedule or give me any more info after the first phone screen, probably because of the layoffs.

Senior Executive Assistant
The interview process was very thorough and involved multiple levels of HR because I was applying to assist one of the studio's top executives. I met with many people during the interviews and had to provide several personal and professional references. There was also a waiting period for a complete background check. I was pleased they were so serious about filling this role as it was for a top executive.

Administrative Assistant
I got a call from HR for an interview and they brought me in right away. I first met with the team for the position and had a quick chat with everyone on the small team. I didn't actually meet with HR at that point. Then I was called back for a second round. They told me it would be an HR interview first, then an interview with the team lead. After talking with HR about salary and the hiring timeline, I met with the team again. However, the team lead was busy, so we had to reschedule. Weeks passed, and even after trying to contact HR, I never heard back.
- Can you tell me about your past experience?
- How much do you know about our department's work?
