I had a good chat with the recruiter. She told me about how the company is structured, what kind of projects they usually do, and where their offices are located. After that, I had two more phone interviews with the senior management team.

So the interview process had a few parts. First, I talked to the company recruiter on the phone. Then, I had another call with someone from the team, and after that, I spoke with the hiring manager. After I got through all those phone calls, they invited me for a face-to-face interview where I met with a few other people.
