The first interview was with a recruiter. It was about 30 minutes on Zoom where she introduced me to the company and asked me about five questions. It was very simple and straight forward and gave me a chance to ask questions at the end of the interview.

I applied for the job and a recruiter got in touch with me the following day to set up an interview. The interview was a pretty standard experience and behavioral questioning. It seemed to go well, and the recruiter said they'd let me know about the next steps or if they were moving forward with other candidates. It's been two weeks, though, and I haven't heard anything back either way.

Behavioral Technical

Recruiters were friendly, but the CEO was arrogant and condescending, making me feel worthless. He dismissed my questions, showing a clear lack of interest. The company's follow-through was also poor; I had to email them for a rejection after the second interview. Despite their claims of a personal and fair hiring process, their internal execution falls short.
