Store Manager
Started with a recruiter call who set up an interview with the district manager for the store manager position. It was a pretty casual and informal interview. The interview itself was quite unprofessional, lacking structure in its questions. A lot of importance was put on how I presented myself, specifically my appearance, and whether I seemed like the 'type' of person who would fit in. Dress to impress.
- Tell me about your strengths.
- What about your weaknesses?
Store Manager
Got a call from the Regional Manager about 2 weeks after applying. It was a standard application, and they asked for my resume. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and was very professional. We talked about my skills with people and operations, and they asked if I could work any shift.
- How would you describe your leadership style?
Store Manager
I dropped off my application at the store. If they called me back, we'd have a standard question and answer chat after they reviewed my application to see if I meet the qualifications and fit what they're looking to fill.
- What are my goals if hired?
