applied on-line then had a phone interview and then an in-person interview. Took about 2 weeks.

I had an in person interview with the store manager that took two hours, then a phone interview with the district manager that lasted 15 minutes, and a second phone interview with the regional manager that also lasted 15 minutes. They wanted to see my resume. I got hired and promoted to manager about a month after I started working there.
