I applied in the store and then a few hours later I got a call to set up an interview. I went in for the interview a few days after that and I asked for the manager and waited a bit. She took me to the back and we started the interview. She was really nice and basically just went over the application I had filled out plus a question or two more. Most of the time was spent with her explaining how they start people, what the duties are, dress code, getting raises, etc. I got the job offer about 4 days later.

I was called for an interview on the weekend. I arrived 20 minutes early, just in case. The interview started 15 minutes late because the manager had printer issues. Then, she interviewed me. She was surprised I didn't have retail experience, which made it clear she hadn't reviewed my application. Her English wasn't great, which was a bit surprising, but I'm used to that where I live. We talked for 20 minutes about my availability, college, current job, and strengths. She ended by saying she couldn't ask more questions due to my lack of retail experience and asked if I had any questions. She felt the interview went poorly, not because of me, but due to her English. She said she'd call by Monday if I got the job. I'm waiting now, but I'm not too hopeful because it felt unorganized and short.

I was interviewed by the manager, office manager, and assistant manager, so 3 people in total. They were very nice and asked questions about the job duties and different scenarios like why you want to work there and what you'd do in a specific situation. They are very straightforward, and you might even get a job offer right there. I got a call back a few hours later.
