First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Papa Murphys.
Shift Supervisor
I had a pretty easy time with the interview process. The managers were really nice and understanding. I dressed semi-decently. They asked me some standard questions about my strengths, weaknesses, and teamwork. I ended up getting hired the very next day.
- What is your biggest weakness at work?
Shift Supervisor
It was a really straightforward interview. They mostly asked about my past experiences and then some hypothetical questions. The hypothetical ones were about dealing with customers, what's expected in terms of service, and the duties of the job. They also asked some personal questions about my interests, which was nice to see they cared.
- What would you do if a customer was upset about our services?
Shift Supervisor
During the first interview, some things were talked about, but then they didn't do anything about them. I had to keep bothering the owners and upper management for them to even reply to me about what seemed like easy stuff.
- Are you open to becoming a store manager?
