It was a standard interview, pretty easy like I figured it would be, with a hands-on part. They reviewed my pizza-making skills in person and also asked me a question about a cultural scenario. It all happened in one day on-site. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I'd recommend it if you're good at making pizza.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process involved a recruiter call, a technical screen, an onsite interview, a background check, and finally, an offer. One question asked was about a time I received criticism for my work. I shared an experience where I was criticized for losing a file and felt upset, fearing it would be a major issue. However, it turned out the patient had taken the file themselves while I was off-duty.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

So, the Systems Analyst interview is like this: first, you send in your resume, then there's a phone call to chat about your tech background. After that, you'll probably get a technical test with some problem-solving stuff, questions on analyzing system needs, and if you know the right tools and ways of doing things. Next up, there's often a panel interview with different people, some techy, some not, where you gotta show you get how systems connect, how to look at data, and how to talk to people. You might also talk about old projects and working with different teams. Lastly, you might meet with the big bosses to see if you're a good fit for the company's vibe and future plans. If all goes well, you get an offer with the pay and benefits.

Behavioral

This was one of the worst interview processes I've ever experienced. The recruiter seemed completely uninterested and the communication and timing were terrible. After a four-month-long interview process, the recruiter ghosted me. She wouldn't respond to texts and always seemed clueless about my status or when I should expect to hear back. Honestly, I'm glad I avoided this opportunity. A company's recruitment process reveals a lot about its organization, and Papa John's clearly lacks communication, organization, and structure. They need to improve!
