Behavioral Technical Presentation

Got contacted by a recruiter who was great with communication. Then there was a screening call, followed by a chat with the head of product. A strange part of the process was being asked to share old work artifacts like roadmaps. I pushed back, but eventually screenshared redacted versions. After the hiring manager chat, I had two panel interviews, one with engineering and design leads, and another with the hiring manager and another PM. This all happened quickly with good communication. Later that day, I was told they weren't moving forward and got feedback about not discussing marketing partnerships compellingly. It felt like maybe it was a culture fit thing, or just odd feedback from non-marketing people. I think I dodged a bullet given the feedback source. Overall, the process was fast, but asking for artifacts was a big turn-off and I regret not backing out then. The role is still open.

Behavioral Case Technical

There was a screener, then a manager behavior interview, followed by a case study, and then a cross-functional interview. All interviewers were really respectful and seemed genuinely interested in learning about you. The case study was a bit informal, but they dug into the details of the value you delivered to users and your decision-making process.
